1. Controller
The data controller is listed in the Legal Notice.
2. What data is collected?
- Guest usage: Technical data (IP address, browser), and a locally stored identifier (LocalStorage) for the free plan rule (3 generations per day).
- Account registration: Email address and encrypted password hash.
- Payments: Payment data is processed by PayPal. We do not receive credit card details.
- MP3 generation: Your text input is sent to AWS Polly to generate audio and then deleted.
3. Purpose of processing
Providing the generator service, billing, technical operation, and abuse prevention (rate limiting).
4. Sharing with third parties
- PayPal: Payment processing (name, email, amount).
- AWS (Amazon): Text processing for speech synthesis (Polly).
5. Data retention
- MP3 files: up to 72 hours, then automatic deletion.
- Account data: until account deletion.
- Payment records: according to legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, and data portability according to applicable law.
7. Cookies / LocalStorage
We use LocalStorage for functionality (guest ID, login token). No tracking without consent.
