1. Service
Kryentech provides an online service for creating vocabulary MP3 files. Use is subject to the prices and limits shown on the website.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in CHF, including VAT where applicable.
- Payments are handled by PayPal and subject to PayPal's terms.
- No hidden fees: the displayed price is the final amount.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days. In case of technical errors, please contact us by email (see Legal Notice). We will review and refund or grant credits where appropriate.
4. File storage and availability
Generated MP3 files are stored temporarily on our servers and are available for 24 hours after creation. After that, files are deleted automatically and can no longer be downloaded.
Please download your files promptly and store them locally.
5. Usage restrictions
The service may only be used for legal, personal learning purposes. Abuse (spam, automated requests, bypassing limits) is prohibited.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
